ARMR, an under the radar contract manufacturer in Europe came to Formulary after struggling to scale their internal lab operations. Like many contract manufacturers, ARMR had 2 onsite chemists and a lab technician who had to juggle new product development, production scale up, and reformulations. New business was piling up and the lab became the bottleneck preventing their lines from hitting capacity.
After doing a cost analysis of running their own lab including all the business they were losing, ARMR discovered outsourcing could be the solution. We helped them see they could both save money and be significantly more efficient at the same time. When we stepped in, ARMR had roughly 30 projects backed up in their pipeline.
Our team got to work right away. ARMR was able to source exclusive, shelf-ready formulas from our catalog for roughly half of their projects overnight. Not only were they able to deliver these formulas quickly but they were also able to give their customers options.
