We helped Good & True meet an impossible deadline

Good & True set out on a mission to become the RX bar of skincare. After stumbling through the confusing and complicated world of false marketing claims and products littered with unnecessary ingredients Good & True founder Natalie had enough. Taking matters into her own hands she developed her hero moisturizer that quickly became a best seller. Good & True is now expected to be in available in over 200 stores before the end of 2022.

Let’s dig a little deeper

When Good & True found Formulary, they were on the brink of taking their brand from single-product Amazon best-seller to a nationally distributed retail name. They had been approached my a major multi-national retail chain who had stumbled upon their product and wanted to put it on shelves across the US and Canada.

The only problem? Natalie has just one product and they wanted a full line. And they needed it fast... EXTREMELY fast in order to meet their annual buying deadline. Typically developing and launching 10+ SKUs, especially those that meet the strict standards the brand expected, would be an endeavor that spanned well over a year. To have fully finished products within the short 3 month timespan they needed would have been virtually impossible. That is, until Formulary.

When Natalie approached us and we recommended our concierge formula catalog service she was both shocked and appalled. On one hand she didn't believe we had stable, finished formulas that would meet her standards. On the other hand she absolutely despised the idea of using stock formulas.
